I’m absolutely disgusted with this property

There wasn’t much I’d promote about this property

The smell! It smelt like somebody had died, we needed to contact owners as there was no light bulb, no remote for the TV, WiFi didn’t work. Pool table but was out of order due to Pool cues having no tips, locks were broken on all doors, no glasses (owner delivered) I’d recommend that Booking.com removes this from it s portfolio

Convenient, basic.

Location was very convenient, and the property was cheap and available when we needed it. There was clean bedding and towels. The key box system was fine.

It felt like staying in an out of date student apartment or somewhere that’s mainly used for stag dos. Assorted fittings were broken or missing, and although the cleaner had been, the underlying cleanliness isn’t great.

This place is an ex student accommodation. In poor state of repair. The bedrooms had just been painted so paint fumes were overwhelming. The oven was dirty, cutlery drawer dirty, not a nice place to stay at all. Beer cans left, seller doesn’t respond to messages. Dont be fooled by the pool table either as it’s broken too. Don’t book

Property has potential but needs a bit of TLC

Location was good

To get hot water in the showers was a challenge. The property was smelling paint which was a problem to my daughter as she is allergic.

Pleasant

Owner was very helpful when the window in bedroom didnt open, he went above and beyond. Support throughout the stay from management company, Nichola dropped off water and was very approachable and helpful. Keypad on doors meant no lost keys or waiting for people to return to let them in. Plenty showers and toilets

The apartment was a little out of the city centre and the area itself was extremely run down, not somewhere I would walk around alone in. Not enough glasses or cups. No quilt covers for people sleeping on sofa beds - not ok when it sleeps 14, there should be enough bedding . Very basic apartment

Ok little pad for students party etc

Pool table and the kitchen. Location alright for Taxi ride to Liverpool centre. Had the number to call every time we had a problem got sorted alright.

Very very basic bedrooms. Holes where the locks are for the doors in the bedrooms. Couldn’t lock the balcony doors in the bedrooms. Bit dirty. Not worth the money.
