Communication between myself and the host. Was quite difficult at first but once we had spoken everything was fine. I didn't like the fact that I am 70yrs old and don't possess a passport or driving licence and that is what is needed for security although it was eventually worked out.

Great location and great apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed, the treat basket and little added extras in the kitchen and bathrooms was a lovely touch. The contact from the host was amazing always checking in via message to make sure we had everything we needed.

The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep but manageable

great apartment and very clean but need a contact number

Rooms were very clean all rooms were spacious and kitchen had all we needed

Although we did not need to get in touch with the owners/hosts it was a bit worrying that we had no contact number and the 3 emails i did send bounced back, i was also told that i would get a text at 3pm on the arrival date, it did not arrive until 3.47pm, which in my opinion is far to late as it is a late entry as it is at 4pm . People should also be aware there is a long steep set of stairs up to the rooms

Awful! Not worth the money, sold 5star no way, you can stay better places for less.

The only thing good about this apartment is that it is 10 mins walk from station. Although the wrong way from Liverpool main city centre.

To say I was totally disappointed is an understatement. On arrival took us 10 mins to even gain entry due to painful process of using key pad to get entry, had to be quick, if not quick enough, you have to wait 15-20 seconds before redoing the code! Flat beside us, kicked the door in at 4am due to not being able to gain entry, everyone was woken up and quite a frightening experience. This property is no good for ladies by themselves. Once in the smell of drug use was apparent! The Bedding was dirty, no mattress protectors, bedding doesn’t actually fit bed, holes in bedding, bedding dirty, last persons fake eye lashes on throw! walls dirty, crack in hob dangerous hazard! milk off in fridge, hole in the bedroom you can see outside, cold air coming in all of the time, blocked it with tissue, host claimed she didn’t know about it, bedroom whistles with out it being blocked! no sound proving, you can hear everyone, upstairs, plus the apartments on your level, it is so noisy! When someone comes through the door downstairs, it sounds like someone is breaking into your apartment. Steep stairs to come in to, no good for anyone that has any mobility issues, Crack in shower tray which is sharp when in shower. visable damp/leak in property ceilings. Very disappointing stay, host was told about this and ignored all communication. My advice stay somewhere else, £1100 for a weekend in a sub standard apartment: booking.com need to look into this apartment as I honestly do not think this meets the standards of renting a property out to anyone, advertisement misleading totally.

Wonderful apartment with a wonderful host!

The apartment is clean and spacious and in a great location with a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of the city centre. The host Gina was very attentive and messaged us to ask if we needed anything to enhance our stay.

Perfect location, host and apartment

Amazing property, Gina messaged us throughout the whole stay to ensure we was ok and to ask if we needed anything. Location was perfect for the city centre and there was even added perks in the apartment which were left by the host. Highly recommend and we will definitely use again should we return to Liverpool. Centrally Located.

The location was great, just near Lime Street Station, and an easy walk to central Liverpool. We were needing accomodation at the last minute and found this available. It sleeps a lot more than what we needed, it would be awesome for large groups. Thanks Gina for all your assistance in booking and checking in so easily.

Everything was well looked after and clean. The only bonus we would have loved would have been a washing machine in the apartment, otherwise the apartment met all our needs.
