Perfect for our needs. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Weather was very chilly for May so it felt cold in the apartment.
All was great. We had a problem with the oven but Charlie sorted that very promptly.
The lounge looks much larger in the photos! Fir 4 of us wanting separate rooms it was just right

The location was great. On the edge of Liverpool centre, good bus service, plenty of restaurant/pub choices within 15 minutes walk (some good ones just over the road).
The apartments (we had two for 9 adults) were very well thought out and decorated, as can be seen from the website.
Could do with a little more wardrobe space in some rooms (eg if you were staying a week or more).
Most of us came by train. One couple drove (from Glasgow). There was useful parking info in the flat, but this could have been made available beforehand (we did ask), or added to the website.
It would be great to be able to use the elegant front door onto the Georgian street, instead of just the back

Lovely looking apartment , good location
There were a lot of stairs with no lift. T here were menstrual stains,old laundry ,a broken spindle which my grandaughter could fit through a dirty kettle ,dangerous stairs which I fell down as they narrow of to non existence
The messages prior and during our stay kept mentioning financial penalties we would incur if faults were found after our stay so our stay was spent having to document and take photos of problems
I passed on these issues and the resolution team ignored half of them and said I hadn't mentioned issues that I reminded the
I resent them copies of my previous correspondence to them in which the fall, bags of dirty laundry and they have ignored me ever since. There is only room to add a few pictures but I have more
