Great apartment

Location and very new and stylish apartment, also very big and clean! It can sleep 12! We were only with five. Close to Hope street with great restaurants and pubs

The property was well situated. Clean and comfortable.

The lock in the bathroom broke leaving my friend locked in for nearly two hours. When contacted no help was provided and told to phone fire brigade.

Spacious, Spotless & Perfectly Located

We had a lovely stay at the Georgian Quarters. The location was ideal—just a short walk to restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Even though we booked a one-bedroom for four people, there was plenty of space. The bedroom had both a double bed and a sofa bed, and the living room also had a sofa bed, so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely stay again next year!

Lovely stay for our family gathering. Spoilt a bit by missing cot & high chair

No keys involved. The door codes emailled on the day of arrival worked perfectly and are better than keys for multi-generation family group. Loaction was great. Easy to walk to central city centre. We were able to park one car directly outside using the parking permit. We were a group of 5 and a baby so plenty of space. Decor, furniture, beds etc were all great. One bathroom was fine , might be limiting if there were 8 adults in the flat.

Amenities info of the flat was not accurate. Received an email saying needed to book a cot and high chair in advance. Phoned Host & Stay. The guy at the call centre read the flat info and said this was provided on site. It wasn't. Fortunatly we had brought our own travel cot avoiding a disaster. We phoned and the hgh chair arrived at midday the next next day. The flat was on the Lower Ground floor. Not a problem but not apparent when booking and would have been good to know. Photos of the flat wer from all 3 flats in the building and not possible to know that in advance. The lower ground definitely had a smell of damp. Very obvious when returning having closed all the windows. Not all the bedrooms had windows to open so not possible to clear the smell when we were there.

Really liked how clean it was and how spacious it was. Thought the check in was extremely simple and great that it had free parking.

Thought the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable so could do with a new sofa bed or a good mattress topper. Bit gutted with being told last minute that we couldn’t leave our dog at all as booked it with it being dog friendly so had to change restaurant bookings etc.

Lovely property close to Liverpool city centre but needs some love

Great location and good communication from the host. Everything we needed for our stay in Liverpool. We would stay again.

Some parts of the property could do with a spruce up. Extra toilet rolls would have been nice as we ran out. We were informed about 2 months in advance of our stay that one of the sofa beds was broken and would not be fixed in time. Hopefully this can be fixed for other guests as this was a pity and meant some of our group had to stay elsewhere. The 10am checkout is a bit early.

Great Location and Spacious apartment with great host!

Really liked how spacious , clean the rooms were. It was also in a great location on a really nice street. The hallway walls probably could do with a touch up but the rooms , bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well done up and nicely decorated.

honestly this place was such good value for money and don't have much i didn't like. only thing was one of the ensuite rooms could only be hot or cold. Additionally the apartment was on the top floor so had to climb 2 flights of stairs which was fine , not sure if i missed this in the listing but would have been good to know due to luggage.

Could be perfect....

They flat looked perfect on arrival, and the location was very quiet, which was amazing. The info sheet regarding the flat which was sent before arrival was very professional and made easy to understand.

The codes for the property didn't work on arrival. Had to call the management company which took forever to get the problem solved. Given new codes still didn't work. Someone had to come to the property. The flat wasn't very clean, glass pieces were found in living room and bathroom. The bed and sofa were so outdated and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Loved Liverpool Great location for us far enough out to be quite but close enough to walk into town

Lovely property clean and bright. Basics for washing up, tea/coffee milk, shower provided to start you off. Right by cathedral. Easy to park permit provided. Walked into town/docks 20mins ish

Had wrong code to check in but quickly sorted with a call to agent. Extra pillows would good. Luckily we weren't using sofa bed so were able to use those pillows.

Perfect location for our stay as we like to spend time in the Georgian Quarter for the Cathedral and the venues on Hope Street. Great communication from the host. Beautiful bedroom. Easy to access the building and apartment. Very clear and easy to use guest pack. Great value as all hotels were very expensive due to the match and we got this for a fraction of the cost.

Anything I didn't like is either too trivial to mention or mitigations were in place.

Great communication

The apartment was very well laid out and clean with everything we needed and ideally located. Parking wasn't a problem at all. The hosts were incredible with communication, one of the the blind pulleys didn't work and this was fixed within a few hours.

If you are a family or group hoping to get good rest after exploring, I would not recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday. Despite the house rules stating very clearly the quiet hours and no parties, we were kept awake both nights from 1am until 4am by music, loud chatting, the TV on full blast and thumping around by the apartment upstairs. The hallway also stank of smoke while this party was in residence, again, quite clearly states no smoking.

Great location and great facilities, not overly comfortable or quiet at night.

Beds were a bit hard and it was very noisy the first night with other guests in another apartment being noisy coming into the property. You could hear voices loudly and banging of doors.

So enjoyable and made a special occasion in our family even more pleasant

The property was a real home from home and in an excellent location as my son graduated from University and the philharmonic hall was walking distance. We never used the car after parking outside as everything is so close and the centre of Liverpool is only 15 mins walk away. Only 3 of us stayed which was ok but it can accommodate 7 and that makes it a really cheap option to visit Liverpool.The staff were great and entry instructors were perfect with no problems

This is a really beautiful and spacious place, the location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the host was really helpful and responsive.

Nice and clean

It was very clean and great location.

A bit complicated “check-in” process. Also when we arrived, the parking permit was missing and we needed to arrange the parking at the parking park nearby which was obviously paid and interrupted our plans during the day.
