Super Spot in Liverpool

My sister and I stayed here on a weekend away for some retail therapy. We have been visiting Liverpool for many years as we love the city and the people. We got the two bedroom apartment which is absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable and and there is everything you would need in the kitchen oven, hob microwave etc. Fantastic spot in a quiet but central area. We had such a nice stay but the very best thing about the Premier Suites is the staff. Kellie was a superstar she couldn't have been more kind to us. She was so friendly and efficient and organised, she gave us great advice for getting around the city. We loved chatting with her and looked forward to seeing her every day she is an absolute credit to the business and clearly cares about the guests. Thanks so much Kellie for making our weekend so memorable!

Great for what we needed and I would return

Great space for 2 people had everything we needed was cosy and warm! Lift from car park up to rooms perfect! Big shout out to the staff we meet wow, lovely they are a credit to the place!

I think it could be cleaned to a higher standard but I am a cleaner myself so I always spot something.

The staff were so friendly and made sure our stay was the best it could be. They made sure we were up to date and answered any questions we had. Everything was exactly as described and the apartment was bigger than expected.

Great location. Lovely welcome from the lady on reception. Huge apartment. Great VFM.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff and great space to relax when need a break from shopping and sightseeing.

Good central location, max 10 min walk from Lime St. Stayed for long weekend and apartment had everything we needed to have a hot drink, glass of wine or basic cooking (why would you cook when away?). 2 bathrooms take pressure off when getting ready and beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Second bedroom (twin beds)was rather snug with double wardrobe, maybe change to single?

One of the beds a bit lumpy. The technology side didn’t work very well - had to chase for payment link which I wouldn’t have known about unless I’d been in contact to amend our arrival time. Very nearly ended up with a cancellation as a result I think!

The location was superb. The receptionist couldn’t do enough to help us, she was super friendly and very informative in everything we needed to know for our stay.

It was a shame the bedrooms were a strange mezzanine layout as we were expecting x2 ‘normal’ separate rooms with windows. We had an issue with the air con leaking ( which we reported). The living / kitchen area although clean and functional really felt very sparse and unwelcoming, blinds need to be fixed and the exterior ‘balcony’ areas really need some maintenance and tidying - they place needs some loving input.

Premier Suites.... Premier Stay!

Absolutely everything was brilliant. From 1st minute of arrival to check out...Laura on Reception was amazing. Honestly couldn't have been more welcoming. And our apartment simply unbelievable...2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, full kitchen & living room. Dishwasher, Laundry, microwave, toaster & kettle. Full selection of teas & coffee..even biscoff biscuits. Under the sink there was all the cleaning materials as well & then there was the fridge & full freezer underneath. You simply couldn't have asked for more & will definitely be returning with friends & family soon. Again Laura thank you so much for making my weekend away with my two daughters unforgettable. Also thanks Hanna for saving our break with the quick booking.
