Really loved the location and ease of check in. Room was well set up and great value for money. Friendly staff member as I arrived.
My only real complaint would be that the room was quite visibly damp and smelt quite badly of damp. A similarly strange smell lingered in the reception.

Its amazing place near by is Jesmond park which is wonderful. Near town with all amenities and local markets nearby, easy access, enjoy day and stay in safe and peaceful enviorment.

Location, 3 beds in one room
It was cold, the radiator didn’t warm the room much, even on the highest heat.
The windows couldn’t close. There was no mat when coming out of the bath. The floor was freezing.
There was no bin in the room. The handle was loose in the bathroom.
