The property was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The receptionist staff, especially Michael, was amazing. He was very welcoming and showed me everything around, making the stay feel easy and stress free.
There was nothing major to dislike. Everything was generally good, just minor improvements could be made to make the stay even better.

The location, so many convenient places most likely the jesmond park was lovely. And the person who is looking after the property is great and humble !

Really loved the location and ease of check in. Room was well set up and great value for money. Friendly staff member as I arrived.
My only real complaint would be that the room was quite visibly damp and smelt quite badly of damp. A similarly strange smell lingered in the reception.
