Fair room

Location, 3 beds in one room

It was cold, the radiator didn’t warm the room much, even on the highest heat. The windows couldn’t close. There was no mat when coming out of the bath. The floor was freezing. There was no bin in the room. The handle was loose in the bathroom.

Very poor almost passable

Nothing really it was very poor

When I arrived in the room the metal bedside lamp didn’t work was loose and when I tried to use it it fused the lights!! I was meant to move room but that didn’t happen all in all a poor accommodation

A very stressful stay

The hotel was a short walk to the metro station and there was plenty of shops and food places nearby.

The room we stayed in didn't look like the photo. There was what looked like grease marks all over the walls, the toilet roll holder had been damaged so the toilet roll was just on the floor, the shower didn't work properly, the water trickled out and reached luke warm at best. There was mould in the bathroom. The glasses/cups that's were left were very dirty. We stayed on the first floor, we had someone above us on our second night and you could hear every movement, every creaky floorboard, every time they sat on the bed, laughing and squealing etc. we barely slept the second night as it sounded as though they had a lot of people in there and there was constant banging. We asked if we could move and explained the reason why, but were told it wasn't possible. It was very difficult to have to deal with and created a lot of anxiety and stress. The hotel is in a very 'studenty' area and we stayed during the weekend. Therefore we also had lots of drunk students hanging outside the hotel early in the morning, making lots of noise so we struggled to sleep because of that too.

Wasn’t expecting much but still disappointed

Location was good and bathroom clean with hot water

Was not expecting much, just a simple room in a good location but we were dissatisfied overall. When we entered our room it stunk heavily of weed, we initially wanted to move rooms but were quite busy so seemed like too much trouble so thought we would just get over the smell. The main issue was how cold the room was at night, there was no double glazing in the room it was so cold we couldn’t sleep properly, and as there are no staff in the building there was no one to ask for extra sheets ect. To add to this the pillows had weird brown marks on and the road to the carpark was covered in broken glass, very lucky we don’t have a flat tyre. The walls of rooms are extremely thin and we got woken up every night by drunk people shouting after 2am

Decent hotel in a nice area.

They were able to check us in early (albeit a bit pricey) but helped out massively. The gentleman working was helpful and polite. Everything worked, beds were comfy, got two decent pillows each! Shower pressure was good.

Nothing to fault really. Decor a bit dated, no batteries in the TV remote, but nothing remotely major.
