Would like somewhere to put spare 2 towels eg shelf in cubby hole by door.
Mattress a bit bouncy - tended to disturb partner.

I don’t like the policy of having to be an IHG “member” in order to avail of early check in. Our room was ready, but the receptionist was adamant that unless we signed up for membership she wouldn’t allow early check in.( despite the room being ready and an early arrival notified by email in advance ) A guest shouldn’t have to subscribe to anything more than the booking contract to be treated well. I don’t want my email address being added to marketing lists - no big deal but this approach is kind of the opposite of hospitality.
