Room was OK, though some road noise due to the window that would not close properly.
Bathroom good, and readonable shower.
Staff were great considering it was NYE

The hotel is close to local transport links and has a nice clean reception and corridor areas, the rooms are a bit worn, however the staff do make up for this and offer a very good level of service whilst your in the Hotel. A good hotel for a short stay when you're in Newcastle upon Tyne.
