Decent hotel with not enough staff which means no good if you have a concert or restaurant booked!!

Very clearly short staffed on the reception with just 1 host and 20 people trying to check in all at once Also buffet breakfast just doesn't work and if it can't be plated, then at very least a microwave in dining area would have been good as no one likes a cold/barely Luke warm English fry up

Great value stay in a nice room with good breakfast

Great location, clean and well set up room, extremely comfortable bed, friendly staff, attractive bar/restaurant area. Very good value for money.

The hotel was generally quiet but surprisingly I could hear the hair dryer in the next room just as I was trying to get to sleep. I’m not sure if it would be more noisy if the hotel was busier with guests.

perfect stay for work, close to everything we needed. Clean and bright rooms with pleasant staff

my room was lovely and clean. I was able to open my window which I enjoy in the evening.

I was not keen on the separate toilet area. It was also really small and difficult to get into and then close the door.

The room size and the restaurant !

Room amenities and the maintenance were not checked properly by the housekeeping team.There was no shower gel in the bathroom ,i ended up washing with shampoo.The toilet didn't flashed properly.Carpet in the room had stains ( near the bathroom door and near the table area ),tv stopped working,also the sink in the bathroom was blocked and smelly.

Very enjoyable and will definitely stay again

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we had our little dog with us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just the pillows were a bit to soft for me.

A difficult sleep

The staff were incredible. Very professional and polite and they made the stay very easy

The bed was very firm, caused me and my partner to sleep with sore backs. We didn't sleep well in general we could constantly hear everything weather it was a door slamming shut every hour or opening or cars coming past even with the windows shut. The maid came in as well and told us we left a door not disturb sign up.... This sort of defeats the purpose of said sign

Fantastic hotel for location to the airport and value for money

Great location to the airport, 5 minutes away. Restaurant, lovely clean rooms and everyone was really friendly at the reception and restaurant. We shall definitely stay here again.
