That the reception and maintenance staff put right the things that were wrong very quickly.
Seal on the shower screen missing so water flooded onto the floor. Bath plug badly adjusted so the plug could not be raised high enough to let the water out. Basin drain blocked. I felt that housekeeping staff should have spotted these things

Well the layout of the building is great. Restaurant and bar area very comfortable with nice garden views.

We have stayed here before and were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful and it was a peaceful stay.
When we stayed just now, there was people shouting and screaming outside our room at 1am and kids running up and down knocking on doors. When we complained we got met with there wasn’t anything they could do about it which was very disappointing to hear as a well over half way pregnant lady, I value my sleep and the sleep I can get at the minute without being woken up.
