Always a lovely hotel and always clean and the staff are lovely; just a shame that individuals who stay there think it’s ok to bang on people’s doors at 345am. It won’t put us off staying again - just not a pleasant stay this time round. Can’t be helped.

The Hotel had building work going on but didnt notice much noise at all. Was able to check in 5 hours early which was brilliant. Room was spotless, beds were really comfy loads of pillows. Staff were really friendly. Less than 10 mins walk to the shops and the stadium. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back again.

Didn't have breakfast or use the bar. Room was okay, bed comfy. Bathroom coulf do with a refurb it's looking a bit sad. Sink chipped and cracked, grouting dirty, floor has marks etc Didn't spoil my trip and would stay again.

Another great stay at the Leonardo Hotel, Newcastle. A spacious clean room, much bigger bed than last time we stayed at this hotel. The temperature within room was great too, not too hot / cold. We ate in the main bar, food was ok, nothing spectacular, but it was ok, if overpriced. Drinks were over priced too and the bar snacks (£2 for a packet of crisps??) The only downside to the hotel was the housekeeping staff having a "heated discussion" outside of the room very early on Monday morning - less than ideal, but didn't take away from a good overall stay.

The staff were lovely the but room and amentities were terrible. The bath would not drain the shower water so it ended up coming up to my ankles when having showering. There were pubic hairs (not mines) all over the bathroom. Dirty bath mat. Dated carpets with sections completely worn away. Walls so thin you can hear your neighbours TV loud and clear. Would not recommend at all. Don’t stay here

Room next door to us had 4 people screaming and messing about from 11pm until 1.30am requested to move room. Girl on helpdesk arranged room change. However moved near store room. So woken at 6am by staff banging around.. worst night sleep ever

Room food, staff amazing the reception staff made such a fuss over our 5 year old boy. Including sweets and magic! Breakfast was lovely.

Room needs a refurb, worn carpet, sink plug and shower head needed a good clean. Coild hardly get soap out the dispenser. Radiator too close to the bed so could have easily burned yourself turning it down. Staff were all lovely. All of downstairs was spotless.
