Location was great and very clean and friendly staff

A beautiful hotel that shows so much character yes the building is old yes there’s a few things broke or taped but the hotel is in excellent condition and with always come back and stay again in a fantastic location real value for money
Felt the two lady’s on reception were a little off , service with a smile would be nice .

Friendly and helpful staff.
Pillows were not comfortable.
A party with a disco went on until 2:30am and kept us awake.

Friendliness of staff. Excellent location
Hotel is in need of updating. Need new carpets … paint etc etc . Safes not working in a lot of rooms we were informed at reception on checking in.

"Staff were so nice helpful , I have a problem with stairs and they changed my room right away gave us a free drink bar for me and kids ,plus got activity pack when arrived which my my grandson love..."
