The room and location was perfect
Staff were so friendly.
My bed was the best ive ever slept on.
So quiet at night .

The location is good especially being able to use the station car park. Parking for the weekend cost me significantly less than other weekend trips I have taken.
I had an evening meal and the breakfast - both were good.
The staff at the bar and reception were welcoming and helpful.
With the recent hot weather air conditioning would be nice. But that said with the window open the noise from the station didn't prevent me from getting to sleep

Friendly staff. Asked which floor we wanted to go on. Everything you could think of was provided and the fan was especially needed as it was a hot night and is an old hotel and the sash windows wont open. Breakfast was really good.
One of the 2 lifts were very small but stated up to 8 people could get in!

The staff are lovely
Room was not nice no towels staff brought them disappointing pool was off as had little boy also the £50 holding fee still
