I had a wonderful two night stay. The hotel has an amazing atrium and beautiful glittering chandeliers in the stairwells. Room was a good size. I had a room at the back of the hotel so unfortunately my view was of the glass arcade roof of the railway station. The plus side of this was the close proximity of the hotel to the railway station - I was already on a platform when I realised it was much colder than I thought for a day out but I was able to leave the station to belt up my room for a jacket and back to the platform in under 10 minutes! The Metro station is right outside the main entrance of the railway station too - really convenient for getting to the coast. All staff were lovely throughout the hotel. I tried the restaurant on my 2nd night and had a superb fish & chip dinner and a nicely paired glass of wine. Breakfasts were really good too.

Nice Hotel and Staff. Lovely Breakfast.
After travelling 10 hours on a coach holiday we arrived at the hotel looking forward to a good nights sleep. This was spoilt by excessively loud music and as a result did not get to sleep until 0100 (when music stopped). The following morning, the receptionist apolologised and said that our room was above a nightclub.
