When booking we called and asked for a twil room. When we arrived this wasnt the case. The staff did everything they could and made arrangements to move us to a twin. Very friendly staff. Would recommend

Great location as we travelled by train and it's directly adjacent to the station
It was cold. The radiator didn't work so there was a plug in oil filled radiator but it took over 12 hours to get the room slightly warmer and I ended up sleeping in multiple layers
