quick overnight stay heading to Newcastle Airport. On arrival all was good but entering the room it was very cold.

They said they did not have a room for me as they had repairs going on. They asked me to walk to another hotel 5 minutes away late at night. I’m an older woman and I felt frightened.

When we arrived we asked if we could leave our case as we were very early however the staff member took our booking information and checked us in as they had a room available. All staff were friendly, the room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel is in Close proximity to a nice selection of restaurants. We don’t much care for the food available in the hotel bar, but the restaurant was closed. We were working so didn’t get to use the other facilities. Would definitely stay again.

We had the Presidential suite booked, so we duly turned up at the hotel reception only to be told that our room was actually in a completely separate building some 400 yards down the road, we went there and were given keys to a 4th floor penthouse which , whilst being nice enough, was certainly not the presidential suite as shown on their website. There is no mention of this separate building during the booking process. Very poor on their behalf !

Lovely stay for myself in Newcastle for the football. Was a decent location for everything you need if you are going to thr game if you are an away supporter or home. Bedrooms was decent and had everything you needed. Only downside was the gym. Was small (was is fine when when you go down at 7am) but the sauna was not in use but was not told that when i checked in. Especially when i asked where to get suitable clothing to use these facilities. Was pretty poor that But that was that Parking was perfect if you get there for midday. Overall it was a good stay and woumd recommend (maybe not for the gym and sauna...)

Fantastic location our room had a bridge view. The hotel is located at the top of a hill but once you’ve checked in there’s another entrance at the bottom of the hill that can be used it saved our legs. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious I would definitely stay there again
