Stay here a lot and still love it here really lovely staff great manners polite very helpful and overall amazing this is why we keep coming back they try there very hardest to accommodate you how you want to be accommodated can’t fault them. This stay we did have a hick up with upon speaking with staff they did everything possible to sort no need to go into detail staff did everything possible to resolve the issue they were superb can’t fault them. Thankyou so much for another great stay. We went shopping for prom dresses while there too and my daughter picked the most beautiful amazing prom dresses while that was perfect on her I’m so happy we got sorted out,enjoyed our stay all of us

This is absolutely the best small hotel in Newcastle...everything about it is great....very clean, very convenient with such lovely staff....

Friendly welcome, clean and quiet! As I put my card in the holder all the lights came on, I had great difficulty climbing the bunk bed ladder to turn there reading lights off! I am 73! Also the view from my window was atrocious! Some sort of ally full of filth! Needs sorting! But I’ll be back!!

Great looking, great staff, but the rooms are not provided with fridge! No cloth cabinet! And they don’t provide a drinking water to the room! It’s very difficult especially win you are traveling with kids.
