Perfect if you like a cold shower!

Great location and the apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Comfy bed. Full length mirror in hallway.

No hot water. Extremely cold bathroom, window was dripping with condensation. No blind in the bathroom in the ensuite was a bit off putting.

Wouldn't Stay again or Recommend

Location was close to city centre and down by the quayside.

At reception there is no card machine to pay, so staff take your credit/debit card off you to input card details into computer, in todays society is not safe! The first apartment was filthy with old food down cupboard doors in kitchen and toilet smelt of urine. Then discovered dirty towels behind bathroom door, which I believe was the source of the smell. Complained to reception, they said it was a new cleaning product so maybe thats what i was smelling! Moved apartments, the beds were rock hard and the heating never worked. Also soft furnishing were dusty and dirty and the bath was cracked!

Such a bad stay

The room was filthy with thick dirt and dust with over flowing plumbing and we had bites and an eye infection from the bedding. We could not sleep as the plumbing made a rediculously loud noise all night with no sleep. ( room 101)

a room very much of two halves

the staff and the bedrooms which were very nicely fitted out and comfortable

the kitchen come lounge was a cross between a student common room and doctors waiting room in terms of comfort. the shower over bath was very tricky to get hot and only ever achieved tepid, the whole apartment was very hot and even with the heat switched off and the only opening window fully open it never got to a comfortable temperature and it was only 2° outside. !!

It was quiet no banging during the night ie slamming of doors etc. Everything you need for a long weekend. Staff ie Emily & Rachael were super. Room had underfloor heating. Heating was super, very warm to say single glazed windows. Tv can be used from the chairs or bed as it turns 360 degrees which was great.

No hot water the first morning due to other guests using it all. Dripping tap but was sorted as soon as we told them about the problem. Bathroom needs a blind ie vertical or something that gives some light with privacy and not a roller blind.
