Great location. Bit of noise when the trains started up in the morning, as our 2 bedroom apartment was on the top floor, probably not an issue if you were in one of the lower rooms. 2 decent size bedrooms, one ensuite plus a separate bathroom.
Seating area in the lounge not really equipped for 4 people. Only 2 chairs at the table, but you'd struggle to get 4 people round the table for food anyway. Large sofa, but again, can only fit 3 people on it.

Perfectly situated at the Quayside. Very quiet.
Spacious, immaculately clean, lovely kitchens with fridge, freezer, dish washer etc, beautiful bathrooms,
comfortable beds.
Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Definitely recommended, as is the Vermont Hotel 3 mins away.

My stay was absolutely faultless. We come to Newcastle quite a lot for gigs so have stayed in lots of different hotels, but this is the one I will be coming back to from now on.
Our room was very clean, bed was comfy and it was a great place to chill out before heading out. Already looking forward to my next stay!

The bedrooms were lovely.
The kitchen ‘lounge’ was very basic. More of a pub booth furniture rather than comfortable living room chairs and sofas. The windows were filthy which made it hard to look out and other areas hadn’t been cleaned very well. We stayed Friday night and there was a club nearby which had very loud music which meant we didn’t sleep until way after midnight.
