As soon as you walk in the beauty just hits you it’s a very well kept hotel , staff were amazing very polite and happy to accommodate your needs , we booked a room with a castle view which didn’t disappoint the room it self was clean and neat which met my OCD qualities , i will definitely be staying here again .
only thing i didn’t like was the fact we couldn’t open the windows and it was abit warm in the room so abit of air would of been great

It was on same level as Newcastle stadium
The staff were not very helpful, I came from Scotland it was 14-35 but room was not ready? Staff took bank details £50 deposit for damages & I payed for breakfast so I thought? Because staff didn’t say it wasn’t declined, then I had to get changed in the toilet!!
