Second time I’ve stayed there and this time was in the summer. Due to light evenings noticed a real problem with poor light blackout blinds in the kitchen area which meant the room never got thar dark making it harder to sleep.
Also this time it was a real hassle getting in and out as had to buzz in every time.
Apart from those issues though, still a great location and flat - which a full kitchen and space.

Very helpful reception, although a different person every time we returned to the property and nobody asked us who we were before just went through to go up to the apartment. Apartment excellent, plenty of room, very comfy beds and pillows, cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, one ensuite and one shower room. Would have been helpful to have a washing up brush or cloth. Only gripe that it is painted in such dark colours - black or very dark brown woodwork everywhere. It could be a bit noisy outside but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We had an excellent and comfortable two-night stay.

Best deal in town! Not only is it in a great location, but the rooms are also spacious and include a full kitchen equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils. It is very nice to have the option to cook if you do not want to go out to eat for every meal. The staff is so friendly and they are excited to get to know you, but also educate you on the surrounding areas.
The only con is on the weekends it can get pretty loud in the area as it is next to popular pubs/bars.

We stayed on a Friday evening. The reception were very professional during check in and giving information. The location is perfect for visiting all restaurants and bars that the Quayside has to offer.
The apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Perfect for a get away or a longer stay!
