Clean and bright. Staff are amazing, particularly Kim and Leanne. They go out of their way to help guests.

Beds are a little hard for my liking.

All went well, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and facilities close to all local attractions.

All was as expected, no problems

The staff were universally pleasant and helpful, and I am confident that they do their best to make their guests comfortable and happy. The location is actually pretty decent in that it is close to the city, although there are currently a number of nearby building sites, which also mean that the normally nearby busses are diverted away from the hotel at time of writing.

The hotel has some sort of issue with water which is constantly dripping just in front of the entrance, leading to an unpleasant smell around there. The breakfast selection can be generously described as standard, but the breakfast setup is slightly disorganised. The bed was not the most comfortable, being twin beds pushed together to create a king. The blanket was also two blankets connected under the sheets, which a bit strange. The shower was set up in such a way that having any decent water pressure risked getting the floor very wet. The hotel also sends automatic WhatsApp messages at bizarre times, such as requesting check out details on the day before check out, and 'confirming' my check in several hours before I actually arrive there - the opposite of welcoming.
