Comfortable, clean room and sufficient parking available. Staff were always helpful and friendly. A couple of minutes walk over the Millennium Bridge into Newcastle city.
Location of hotel, can be noisy at times and we had people running in the hallway and talking very loudly at 2pm at night.

The room was fine, quilt too heavy for Spring/Summer but the bed was fine - shower was great, toilet paper was cheap 2 ply but other than that all OK - easy to get to the Hotel and plenty parking; easy enough to walk to the Millennium Bridge and cross over onto the Newcastle Quayside (although I would not like to do it in Winter as it would be very dark) The staff were all very friendly and the food was surprisingly good

Location, Breakfast and eggs.
Bed is small, sofa bed is uncomfortable. Someone visited this room in early 2000s and renovated up to date, and that person vanished after that. All old techs and cheap toilet paper.
