Not what we expected, would not return

The beds were comfortable, plenty of coffee and tea

Carpet did not meet the walls in our room, the grippers were exposed. Bathroom was very dated with a shower that had no hot water. Not Enough drawer space although there was an entire wall with nothing on it. Plug next to bed did not work, when I tried to use it al the lights flickered and went out! Sold out of our choice of food, we were offered an alternative which was still frozen when it arrived. Had to send it back. Bar was very expensive.

Short concert stay in Newcastle.

Location of hotel excellent especially as we were going to the Utilita Arena.Also close to bars,town and train station.Good choice of hot and cold breakfast.Bsr prices reasonable especially as we got 10% off food and drinks for our stay.Good sized room.

Hard hotel to find but once ya find it your flying...Cleaning staff should never walk into your room no matter what...It amazes me how hotels think this is acceptable...I dont know if there is a law on this but im going to look it up as its happening way to often in hotels...

Great location, staff were brilliant, good breakfast, comfy bed.

Bathroom a little dated with over bath shower, a struggle with my bad knees. Road noise kept us awake until quite late.

Ease of parking, close to hotel. Walking distance to event venue, and Newcastle shopping areas. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of hot/cold food. Staff were lovely, bar area was relaxed, food from the grill was delicious. Lifts all worked.Bedrooms lovely temperature, and beds really comfortable.

Breakfast dining area had too many tables too close together. Staff struggled to get between them to clear away dishes, guests couldn’t sit back without hitting the person behinds chair. The shower in our room had very little pressure and most of the water ran down the wall, the bath was okay.

In need of a deep clean and upgrade.

Breakfast was lovely in the morning with a great choice to choose from. The manager on the desk in the restaurant was very helpful when we arrived to have breakfast. The beds are very comfortable with a good choice of pillows. Good blackout curtains.

I found the rooms to be quite dirty and the bathroom was also very worn. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable but that's about it. The hotel room needed a good hoover as there were still clothing tags on the floor when I arrived. The bathroom was very basic and outdated. It had a funny smell to it like foisty , it still had hair in the bath/shower from whoever had used it last. The TV kept losing signal all the time. The day I arrived the lady on the desk was quite abrupt. Felt like she was just rushing me to my hotel room and couldn't be bothered to answer my questions properly. However on checkout day it was the manager again from the restaurant on the morning and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Me and my mother were “greeted” by a blonde haired older women who didn’t say a word to us. No hello, no direction to the room nor the breakfast we had prepaid for. Was not a pleasant way to start our stay.

Excellent location for attending event at Newcastle Arena. Room very comfortable and had everything required for a short stay.

Room facing in towards courtyard area was very noisy with people shouting and cars sounding horns overnight. While understanding outwith hotels control it was very disruptive for getting to sleep.
