Charming hotel in a secluded area close to Saltwell Park.
Good Breakfast
Excellent value for money
In our room we were at the back of the hotel in a standard double near the extractor fans however these went off before 10 pm.

Pretty much everything. Great hotel.
No food available outwith short specific times, I was working a schedule that did not match the hotels. 0950, breakfast was done and dusted for example.

Nostalgia as frequented the place many years ago.
Sound carried from room to room. Beds needed updating

Location.
Cleanliness, rooms carried sound, noisy neighbours. Breakfast selection was fewer than previous trip. Few moths in the room. Looked and felt scruffy.
