Great location at the edge of Low Fell and close to QE. Beautiful building. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Great value for money.

Not bad value for the money, friendly staff, convenient location
uncomfortable bed, room needs at least basic refurbishment as it looked very tired. Could also do with some cleaning. The hash brown in my breakfast was not freshly cooked but just reheated.
