bed was comfy, pillows not the most comfortable, the room was clean but there was a wet patch on the floor, either water or something had been spilled or it had been cleaned but wasnt yet dry
the carpet floor needs to be dry, and the pillows could be feather

Location to St. James’ Park, less than a mile, the staff were lovely and the superior room was excellent.
The shower (305) was poor and the lock on the bathroom door didn’t lock. Both told to staff on check out. Advertised as free parking (wasn’t-March new parking company took over), had to pay £10.40 for 2pm to 9:30am.

Smells of damp in corridor for price it was acceptable and car parking was good breakfast was not good as apples were bruised most of it was not eaten and put in bin but for £72.09 what could you expect probably not visit again
