Passable for a work trip - just
Receptionist friendly and welcoming. Easy quick check in.

Comfortable, clean but dont book if you are ceoliac.
The location was perfect for walking into town. On checking in the girl at the desk was so welcoming. The room was very clean. Bedding was clean as where the towels. Best bed I have slept in in a hotel for a very long time.
On booking I filed in the special request. I am ceoliac. I received an email stating that Rooms Inn could accommodate my special request. On checking in I made sure they know this. Coming back after being out for the evening, the chap on the reception was informed of this too. There was no breakfast fo me... The woman on reception didn't seem to care. Didn't lift her head to acknowledge my husband. Very, very disappointed.

Location was great for centre and everything we had planned. It was comfortable and clean. Shame about leaking roof but did not affect us
Our room was super hot so had to keep windows open. I have rated as 1 less than perfect on overall staff and staff but only due to the night manager on Friday night. He was threatening and aggressive, suggesting he was going to have our bond taken away and throwing us out the hotel, and that was just for talking!! In our group of 13 we arrived back sporadically and he threatened everyone! The night manager on Saturday was opposite and much more approachable. He is not going to give the hotel the best reputation!!

The location was easily accessible. Easily located and close to the city centre.
Dark stain on my pillow, couldn't use it for fear of germs. Surfaces were a little dusty. Double beds in a room booked by a single occupant. Breakfast could be better.

Super comfortable. Quiet. Excellent bed. Warm rooms and nigh on perfect location.
Firstly, the location. The hotel is situated a mere 16 minutes by foot from Newcastle Central Station šŸš‰ The hotel has excellent warmth retention. The rooms are spacious with a decent television. Parking is free and you get given an (admittedly drab) go-bag the morning of checkout.
In the evening reception is not always manned. If you are not given a room with a bathtub šŸ› (assuming that you prefer baths to showers), you can feel shortchanged. There is also a heavy fine if you dial to register your car for free parking.

Good location!
The location is great as 5 minutes from pretty much everything we wanted to do when we were there.
We ordered a takeaway to the hotel one of the nights and the reception man shouted/screamed at the driver for being in the car park. No customer service at all.
