The breakfast let's this hotel down....not much of a choice either. We stayed 3 nights & every morning that had run out of something...butter...white bread....eggs...etc... The staff make this hotel...friendly, smiley & very helpful.

Immediately felt welcome from Michael at the front desk. Super friendly and professional. Comfy beds. Pet friendly. Excellent breakfast!! Great water pressure for the shower Location was perfect. Located very close to train. Will return when in Newcastle!!

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Room is comfortable with lovely toiletries and has everything you need. Ideally located for The Arena and Tyne Theatre and Opera House. Good complimentary breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and the beds were really comfortable. It’s in a great location as quite close to transport and local shops. The rooms were extremely clean and of a generous size for the twin room we had. There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

The lights in the room were badly positioned as we had one light that seemed to be the strongest source of light too far in the corner. My friend struggled to iron his shirt as he couldn’t quite make out the creases. The lights attached to the beds were extremely dim. Comfort cooling failed to work. The freezer was broken so we had to out for dinner.

Would definitely recommend - close to Metro Radio Arena

Hotel was full of WWE fans so we were expecting chaos but staff were amazing to keep everything flowing. We were warned about breakfast being busy but staff dealt with it well. Fresh hot food kept getting topped up frequently and there were plenty of clean tables etc! Great job!!

Lovely breakfast. A real treat to have it all made and ready for us. Spacious and very comfortable room, air con was magic in the 28 degrees heat and blackout curtains all made for great night sleep. Hotel very central and close to train station.

Excellent for a stay with a friend

Excellent facilities are available within the room and there is a notice in the bathroom making you aware that the reception staff are able to provide items free of charge if you have forgotten them (e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, or sanitary products) which is a nice touch. The room was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
