Clean room but very noisy from both inside and outside the hotel

Good location but small basic rooms. Paid for breakfast in the bar but was a struggle to order as understaffed and did not receive everything that should have been on the breakfast. Only a well know frozen pizza that you can get at home for £4 available for room service and charged excessively for this.

Excellent location, opposite the train station. 5min walk from St James Park and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well-maintained rooms.
