Staff were all friendly 2 fellas both evenings and a lady both mornings, could not do enough for us! (Feel so bad I didn't ask their names) Helped carry our bags to the room, service with a friendly smile! Easter morning both our kids got an Easter egg!
Location was prime! We were travelling up to alnwick and the day after to beamish! We had a grab and go breakfast which was fine. Beds were comfortable and clean and the shower was fine. Attached to a pub which wasa bonus.

It provided a bed and means to other planned activities
Grab and Go breakfast arrangement’s - no very clear on booking and making from an office in the morning - questionable hygiene factor preparing cooked food from microwave and a office, with what looked like no washing facilities
