Room was very very basic but clean could realy do with a kettle and cups we don't like vending machines which is in reception very close to the qaury but a up a very sleep hill for town centre not for us was a last minute booking ao never read any reviews

Wish the linens were more clean and hygienic. Wish the room had a chair and hard mattress. Rest was good. Big room and big shower area. Though the room lacked window view, kettle, tea and customised toiletries, rest was nice. Location was also good with lots of restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the city centre. It is a budget hotel and so there are no frills but it's perfect for a place to crash when visiting the city.

My wife and myself booked the Easy Hotel so we could go see a show, when we arrived the safe were friendly, This is where it went down hill, I was asked for a debit or credit card, even though the room had already been paid for, If I had know this at booking I would not have booked, One in our room on the 2nd floor, It was clean, but very cramped, Bed at a strange angle because of a box section in the room, so you couldnt walk around the bed( I moved the bed so we could), The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was loose so when sat on it moved, the shower was a trickle so not that good. There is also a big draft coming through the window in the room we stayed in, needless to say didnt get much sleep at all. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if I am honest

It was basic, bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows. No drink making in the room, £2.50 for hot beverage vending in foyer. Only good thing was central location, but not ideal if driving as car park cost outweighs cheap hotel room. If driving get a better hotel with parking

Had a nice stay here! The hotel is in a very good location, coffee shops and famous attraction are all just around. My room is in very good size and was very clean. And staffs in the reception is very helpful too. Will come back definitely 😊😊

I did not enjoy my overnight stay at The easyHotel sadly. The twin room i stayed in was immaculate & well presented. The en-suite was modern, immaculate & had been finished to a very good standard. I appreciated the air conditioning in room & having control of the temperature. I was very disappointed there was no kettle to have a coffee in the morning. Furthermore the noise from outside street traffic & bar opposite was extremely annoying. Hence why i did not sleep well at The easyHotel & could not relax also. Finally & in conclusion The easyHotel is what it is, a budget hotel, a three star Hotel. However & for the reason above i personally would never choose to stay at The easyHotel & i simply would not recommend to all & sundry afterall.

A clean and comfortable room, was only staying for one night and this did the job well. There was lovely shower gel and handsoap in the en-suite bathroom. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Nice central location near to good bars and restaurants.

Room was relatively clean to an extent. The bathroom looked very clean, found a ‘nice’ long dark hair at the top of the bed cover when we pulled that back, few marks on the ceiling and walls. Overall, for the price we paid it was alright. Great location!
