The room was fresh and looked new, I had a window looking on to Newcastle and the bed was comfortable, the hotel felt like a premier inn upgraded for a lower price. The staff were polite and helpful

Great location in Newcastle and near to the train station and Utilita arena which was the reason for our overnight stay. Our room was ideal for the night - clean, comfortable, well furnished with a very good shower.

Staff were excellent. We couldn’t praise them enough. This is a basic level hotel but the staff made it! We had an issue and the staff sorted it very well.

The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains. Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price. Friendly reception staff. Value for money.

It’s good value for a solo traveler staying one night. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the central station and the high street. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet, though smaller than I expected. I visited in November, and the night was getting cold. The bedding wasn’t very warm and the air conditioning didn’t warm up the space efficiently.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Audrey was a wonderful supervisor who paid special attention to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my visit. I sincerely thank her for her care and professionalism. I would also like to thank Janine from room service for her excellent work and understanding of my preference for cleanliness. The front desk staff were all outstanding as well! Thank you all!

Clean room. Very basic/ overnight stays ok Air units very loud in the rooms and temperature hard to control. Hard to sleep so was broken night. No privacy from office windows opposite. Basic and clean but not worth the price charged. Checkin staff fine. Basiic bedroom and no services apart from a few seats at reception.
