Very central, close to nightlife, reception staff were nice. Perfect for a city break!
Smallest double bed I’ve ever seen! Breakfast buffet was a bit sad, other than that can’t complain :)

Fantastic location , The hotel looks lovely inside the restaurant was spacious and grand. The room was good with a large en suite all was clean , staff was polite and helpful.
Continental breakfast it was not as advertised its basically a full English with box cereal options, yoghurt , fruit @ drinks. It was ok but for £33 for 2 people I expect better more options. Window did not open , bath plug was faulty so the water was draining constantly so kept having to refill. The rooms have thin walls, the noise from other occupants on the same floor was loud and annoying as they all came back in the early hours.

Closeness to railway station
Attentiveness when my friend had fallen and needed medical attention for a sprained ankle
Rooms were clean but could be cleaner some cobwebs about I’m afraid also the £50 deposit per room was a bit steep it’s should have been per booking. The breakfast was actually cold/luke warm not ideal with eggs etc dinner was amazing

no airco, super warm and towel heater could not be sitched off.
we were with two hut one big towel and one small one.
