    Rooms are tired but clean. Picked this hotel due to pool and jacuzzi as aids pain levels to find it was not working. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Still good value for money

    The room was stuffy. No air conditioning at all . No fridge facility in the room. Two nights stay and no room refresh / no new towels/ bed not re-made. Light not working. Mattress base shredded. Only two pillows on double bed. Towels hard & looked well used. Furnishings are scruffy and need replaced. Light on table not working. The wardrobe door requires maintenance . Expensive Hotel considering the poor Quality Standards.
