    The bathroom is a joke. It’s not only small and damaged, but the ventilation isn’t working either. Although there is a shower curtain, it doesn’t properly cover the bathing area, so water gets everywhere. The shower tap is not movable and it’s broken. The floor and the window frame are also very dusty.

    Stayed in a private double room so comments apply to that rather than a shared room. Room is 'cosy' there's not much spare floor space, but everything needed is there. Ensuite is a 'pod' bit like in some French motels, but does job. Nice clean bed linen and towels. Excellent large screen TV. About 15 mins walk to central station or even closer to Manors for the Metro. There's a free machine in reception for teas / coffee (as none in the room) or a new Greggs about 5 mins walk away. Somewhat more expensive than when it was a YHA but still a good value stay for a city centre.

    Have to say the staff were lovely and very nice! A hotel can be good but with brilliant staff it just makes the experience so much better! Credit to your company

    Basic accommodation in a great location and at a good price. Good WiFi and free coffee, etc. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small and furnishings somewhat tired. No AC. Very noisy during the night. For a short stay, a great option; though with the noise caveat.
