The breakfast was good and the locations was very good.
The glass door to the ensuite destroyed all privacy. Absolutely terrible. The advert states free parking but once you have booked it then says there only a a limited under of bays down the side of the house and it on a first come first served basis. Not ideal at all. The room advertised a Queen room was cramped by the size being a lot smaller than appeared in the photographs, and the furniture that was crammed in making moving about the room not exactly smooth.

Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - absolutely delicious and lots of it!
Bedroom was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and water pressure was good.
Great location for getting into Oxford, and Summertown was very walkable and pleasant.
Lovely staff.
The bathroom door didn't lock and was a bit see through.

Nice breakfast. Good bed. Good wifi. Plenty of storage. Nice bathroom fittings. Coffee machine which is nice to have, unbranded capsules were so-so.
No reception after 6pm. TV signal sketchy. Shower cubicle (? 700mm) was extremely small, especially for a waterfall fitting (so no escape while water temp was adjusted !) Can't get over the price. So expensive for B&B, even for Oxford.
