Lovely older place with friendly staff. Comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing in the conservatory overlooking beautiful gardens.

Hotel was clean and pretty. The breakfast room with options was really nice. Location to city center was walkable, or the bus option was right there.
I never like when 2 twins are put together to make a king. There's always an uneveness, but that is so minor.

Beautifully decorated, spacious room with plenty of milk pods and milk alternatives. Proper coffee machine and snacks in the fridge. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Very minor but, more than one coffee/tea machine in the dining room would help during busy breakfast times.

The staff is very nice, attentive and careful.
The hotel is small, cosy, within walking distance from the centre of Oxford.
They were very responsive to our needs: we were able to leave the car before and after check in and check out. We were sent instructs how to get in the room, as we wanted to stay out after the reception closed and we arrived before the check in time.
The rooms were clean, with good facilities for different types of coffee, chocolate or tea.
The breakfast was very diverse, matching all possible types.
The garden was very nice. Although we didn't have time to benefit from it, we admired it and its birds and cat whilst having breakfast.
