Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean on arrival and maintained daily. The hotel was well placed for the city centre and had everything we needed for our weekend break.

The room was well maintained with an excellent shower. One tile n the bathroom needs re- grouting but no big deal . Room 129.
Staff were generally friendly, but TBH we didn’t have a lot of interaction with them which was fine for us. If get breakfast was warm & a adequate selection, though a mall amount of manners by some guests wouldn’t go a miss.The location is the star, just 20 mins walk to the centre & simple to navigate.
Tight parking on the front of the premises, but plenty of spaces around the back .
Overall the hotel ticks all the boxes for a base if your visiting Oxford for a few days .

Great location. Just outside the businesses of the city centre. Staff very helpful. We opt to have breakfast elsewhere as there is so much choice in the area.
