I loved my stay here even though it was just for one night. The staff was extremely supportive and even let me check in early without extra charge. They also offer free luggage storage. The rooms are clean and orderly with good showers, comfy beds, good lighting, and lots of electric sockets. The only downside I experienced was that my pillows were pretty low quality (thin and with patchy stuffing), but that is an easy fix.

I got this for a two night visit to Oxford. One of my main criteria was that it was cheap. It is a new building, you get a queen bed with about 1 foot space around with an en suite bathroom and shower. It was very clean, had shower gel, towels had a black out curtain, had air con, had tv. It was reasonably quiet. I didn't try the wifi. It is easy to get into town as it is on a major road. Buses are every 10 mins. You can get into town in 25 mins, and they run late at night. It was just what I needed for no frills accommodation. I'd book it again and think favourably of that hotel chain now.

Parking! A bit extortionate to ask for £** parking a night. That was not a welcome surprise.

Booked for my daughter, whilst exceptionally well located, the accommodation is extremely basic. Nowhere to store clothing. Hotel info states hot drinks machine stated in hotel information it was out of order with no alternative provision. On the 2nd night of her stay there was hot water in the machine but no cups or any other provisions and when the staff were approached, they were not able to provide it.
