A very clean, tidy and comfortable stay, would definitely stay back again if im in the area.

Very clean tidy and Modern, bed was very comfy, nice bonus having a fridge and fan in the room too,

Toilet seat wasn’t secured, I managed to temporarily secure it, it didn’t affect my stay though and the staff member was very helpful and apologetic.

Great place to stay for visiting Oxford

I needed a stay in this area and this one was it. It was real easy to find ( with parking) the instructions for getting in and obtaining key key were clear My room was on first floor and on opening was greeted with a lovely presentation on the bed , the room and ensuite were immaculate and even had a kettle with coffee , tea and milk in the fridge. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very good once we got in

The room was small but clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's easy to get there from the city centre, with frequent buses stopping outside.

Entering the number to get through the front door was really difficult, it kept failing and making an alarm sound. It took us about 10 minutes to get in, and when we tried calling we got an "unavailable" message. This really needs to be better - either the access improved to make it work reliably, or better instructions given. This is especially the case as there is no-one on-site who can resolve problems.

Nice property

Booking.com customer service poor. Didn't receive entry codes and contacting customer service was a waste of time. We were considering driving home but after several calls and an email the owner supplied the access details we needed. Not happy with AI customer service at all. Employ some customer service agents. Probably won't use or recommend booking.com in the future.

Onaangenaam verblijf. Zijn prijs niet waard.

Parkeermogelijkheid voorzien. Parkeren was tot in de namiddag toegelaten op de dag van vertrek. Kamer buiten het centrum van Oxford gelegen maar het centrum is gemakkelijk met de bus te bereiken.

Geen ontbijt mogelijk. Erg kleine kamer. Veel te warm op een normale zomerdag en onmogelijk om voor afkoeling te zorgen. Aan zeer drukke verbindingsweg gelegen met veel verkeerslawaai als gevolg. Slapen zonder oordoppen zo goed als onmogelijk met het raam open. Indien raam gesloten, te weinig lucht en veel, veel te warm. Er werd door andere klanten in de kamers of badkamers gerookt. De geur van de rook van sigaretten werd via het verluchtingssysteem naar de andere kamers verspreid.
