Easy to get into Oxford, off street parking and comfortable bed.

Location on a road with regular buses into town. Friendly and helpful staff (I only met them during check-in). Ample outlets for charging devices.
Noise from the road. No desk or even a chair in the room. No mid-stay change of towels possible even when asking the owner directly via text message.
This is a good place to sleep in. Less good if you want to spend any time in otherwise.

The area was ok. I was attending a function which was 12 mins by car from where I was staying.
I had some hair in my shower when I check in and dust was on top of the fridge. Everything else was great.

The property is nice and clean, tidy, and there are a couple of parking spaces!
The bed. It's either way too soft or old because I almost sank in it to the point that sleep was uncomfortable.
