Budget stay so shared facilities - but in that context great value for money. Access to property was via a key box and instructions to access were clear. Communication from host re parking etc was extremely helpful. Nearby Italian was a stones throw away and really great food. Easy to walk into Oxford centre.

Nothing - was better than expected considering the price!

Logement très confortable et propre à 2 pas du centre-ville, avec une petite terrasse au calme. 2 salles de bain pour 4 chambres rendant le tout très agréable. Parfaite communication avec Yvonne, je recommande !

Charming house and the location is great! The room was nice and the whole house was very clean and well taken care of. It was easy to get the keys and we were very happy about the possibility to make breakfast and chit chat a little with the other guests. The mattress was a bit too soft to my liking, but then that's just me. All in all can only recommend.

I needed somewhere convenient for Oxford Brookes, where I had business in the morning. The guesthouse was just right - spotlessly clean and comfortable. You cater for yourself, but everything you need is in the kitchen. There are plenty of places nearby to eat in the evening. Yvonne is easily accessible by text or phone if you need anything. And it was a couple of stops by bus up to Brookes in the morning. It was just what I wanted.
