Great location, fully equipped kitchen area, complimentary cereals, also had tea and coffee making facilities in both the room and in the communal lounge/dining/kitchen area, free on-site parking, close to town centre and local shops/eateries.
Room decor was dated and tired, room not serviced during stay.

Everything was in order and customer oriented, small little detail was well prepared for customer comfort. Good job

The room and building was nice and clean. It was in a good location within walking distance into town and bus stop very close. Could park car easily outside. General communal area was useful to be able to make own food and eat our breakfast.
The road was a bit loud as we had a front room, but it was noted when I booked the room. It wouldn't be a problem with windows closed, but was just very hot when we were there so had windows wide open.
Only negative was the bed frame was incredibly loose and needed to be repaired/tightened.

Very nice homely stay. Lovely staff
We stayed when it was hot and there isn’t air conditioning. There is a fan you can use however.
