Check in arrangements Cleanliness.
Nice big shower with plenty of hot water but a grabrail and non-slip mat would have been reassuring for us oldies !

Great location, fully equipped kitchen area, complimentary cereals, also had tea and coffee making facilities in both the room and in the communal lounge/dining/kitchen area, free on-site parking, close to town centre and local shops/eateries.
Room decor was dated and tired, room not serviced during stay.

Everything was in order and customer oriented, small little detail was well prepared for customer comfort. Good job
If I could meet the operator, I would be able to thank them personally, but didn't see anyone there, except other customers
