Very nice homely stay. Lovely staff
We stayed when it was hot and there isn’t air conditioning. There is a fan you can use however.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with a good fan for the hot weather. The provision of a lovely dining and kitchen was such an added bonus and offer of cereals, tea and coffee etc. The location was perfect with frequent buses to the town centre, an easy 30 minute walk and close to shops and pub. Little touches made the stay enjoyable like sweets and biscuits and complementary notebook and pen. A drawer in the kitchen allocated to each room to store food and labels provided to name your food to be stored in the large communal fridge and freezer. Easy access on arrival. Quiet house, fully carpeted and clean.
I stayed during the heatwave so it was hot in the bedroom. The fan helped a great deal. It was cooler and pleasant in the dining room.

It's a well located room with a nice view.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep well.
