Quite clean and neat Easy check in and check out process Close to Oxford City Centre Parking
1. Shower/toilet room is downstairs so each time you have to use it, you have to go downstairs ☹️ 2. Shower water pressure was too low, owner needs to check and fix 3. Thankfully parking was there but too tight for 2 cars together. 4. Limited breakfast options and you have to make by yourself (e.g. boiled eggs or omelets etc)

Super clean, good directions from the host, close to a departmental store, comfortable bed. Was very good stay and I highly recommend it. Breakfast is on a self-serve basis. Use the outside patio if you can, very nice location. The bus stop is close by.
Nothing much to not like. Except that the rooms entrances are too close to each other and if the other guests come in late, you would definitely wake up. This is a minor irritant and in no way a red flag.
