It's good value for money, especially if you book one of the ensuite rooms. It was clean and modern, and the breakfast is pretty diverse. I took a few pictures of the breakfast options since I didn't see any when I booked it. The host immediately answers if you need to contact her, very helpful.
The external bathroom is on a different floor from where your room is, I wouldn't book the external bathroom room again. The kitchen is right next to two rooms and some people book this place for going to work in Oxford, so they will wake up pretty early. The mattress is ok but not great, for sensitive sleepers out there. The double room was a spring mattress that bends to the sides, so there's a bit of a constant sensation of falling.

The location was great and cooking facilities were good. Having a private bathroom was also good. The bed was comfortable and parking was supplied as requested.
Didn't like having to transition stairs with cases and to go to the bathroom which was down stairs. With room was a bit pokey with little room for 2 suitcases.
