The provision of a mini refrigerator and microwave was a big plus for us.
The shampoo and shower body wash wasn’t refilled and ran out

Great location, amazingly clean, very friendly staff. Great security and easy to get in and out.
For the money you pay for a single room it may have been a bit overpriced. But the double room was amazing and the rooms were superbly kept.

quietness of the area and property
location as close to the city centre about 15mins walk very convenient
it does not have parking which is a big problem in Oxford

Location was good only10mins from city centre. Bed comfortable, good shower clean and spacious room.
Were told on arrival that breakfast was not provided although when we made the booking it was. We received a £20 refund.
If we had known we would have cancelled and booked another guest house that did provide breakfast.
Our room was just inside the entrance, every time someone arrived some sort of alarm went off twice, very noisy and meant we didn't get any sleep until the early hours on our first night
