Smart, clean and comfortable. On a busy road but the sound-proofing was very effective. 15 minute walk to Oxford centre. Free parking on-site.

Great location for visiting Oxford. Close to town and river. Good buses.

The room was fine, and the location of the Guest House was really nice with regard to being able to access the sites downtown. The front desk personnel were really friendly and willing to solve any issues. One gave us a great heads-up on a pub at which to eat dinner.
Unfortunately, we arrived during the heat wave that hit England in July. Outside temps were easily 95 degrees Fahrenheit or more. The Guest House has no air-conditioning in the rooms, so sleeping was difficult, even with a floor fan.

The room was clean, basic and comfortable.
No facility to leave luggage before or after check in/out.
It was quite noisy, from the road outside and other rooms. Walls and insulation very thin.
