Contactless check-in was very smooth and straightforward, everything was clean, they were able to accommodate both an early check-in and late check-out. Great location, quiet. Staff were very responsive.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to Oxford City Centre (20 mins on foot). Nice area.

Doors are a bit thin, soundproofing between rooms wasn’t fantastic. No kettle in room or cutlery. Small additions which would wouldn’t cost much but would enhance the guest experience.

Cleanliness, convenient and nice, quiet residential location. Great value.

The location was good being closer to the city centre, everything was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The host responded quickly to my query message, even if I didn't get what I wanted (a hot drink!).

Other reviews talk about a kitchen, which was closed and apparently isn't usually accessible to short stay guests anyway, and there isn't even a kettle available. For me this meant I arrived tired and cold late at night expecting to be able to make a cuppa to much disappointment! The small room is right next to the shared bathroom with no sound insulation, so if you're sensitive to noise it's not great for a peaceful night's sleep. The room is very small and there is only one power socket and you have to squeeze down the side of the bed to access it.
