Vicki is a warm and wonderful host. My room was lovely! Thank goodness, it was ready when I arrived at 1pm about to collapse from exhaustion after a sleepless overnight flight. Despite my diminished physical state, I gasped with glee when I opened the door to my room. Charming shabby chic decor and light-filled! Comfy bed, too. I stayed over a week.
Nothing not to like. One of Vicki's bichons had pups while I was there, so the others were quite excited and barking. I slept so soundly I hardly heard them, tho.

It was a nice walk into town and it was very comfortable to stay in. Also only a 5 minute bus ride into town and 3 minute walk to the bus stop
Vicky was an amazing host and made sure I was comfortable and happy.
Definitely recommend, was a great stay
The only thing was the stairs are very steep and hard to lug a big suitcase up so be wary of that but everything else was incredible

Breakfast/snacks and teas was lovely, room was cosy, not too cold
Shower was good
Its a shame there wasnt a way to drink the loose leaf tea that i could see, i would have tried some if there was a strainer or something

It’s the cutest little gem , homely , pretty , and beautiful , I dnt want to leave … I will stay here again as I stay once a week In Oxford, if you like art and shabby chic this is it … and it’s peaceful like being at home … thank you Vicky as it’s just what I need right now 💕il be back …
I brought my own milk and cereals just a little advice .. but you have a well stocked array of goodies for your stay ,, attention to detail is above and beyond .. microwave & small tiny fridge out side room .. share bathroom which isn’t a problem as there’s only one other person here .
Maybe the parking , but I sorted it and found a space so not an issue

The Breakfast was fine as it was adequate and plenty of choice of coffee and tea and Breakfast Danish and Brioche as well.
Maybe fresh milk or long life little tubs instead of powdered milk

Greenery outside
No parking even though it is listed as available, cramped space.

Lovely place- very friendly owner and dogs. Nice selection of pastries left on the side for breakfast and the room had everything needed.
Nothing- everything as advertised. Shared bathroom but this wasn’t a problem. Not much parking (but knew this) but found a spot a couple of roads up where I could park overnight for free as was in a rare non residents only bit. Was a bit further out of Oxford than I realised but was a nice walk and buses/scooters are available.

This B&B is value for money in a very expensive city. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I had no trouble checking-in just after 10pm. I stayed in the single room which is at the top of a narrow staircase. The shared bathroom (shared with one other) is next to the room but didn't cause any noise. The bed is very comfortable with a duvet and blanket (plus spare blankets if needed), one firm and one soft pillow. The room itself is small but full of character with plenty of books and nicknacks. Food is provided in the room, including croissants, chocolate, noodles, some sweets and tea and coffee. There's a kettle and TV. The room overlooks the garden so is very quiet. The city centre is walkable (with an option to walk along the river path) and there is a regular bus service until late into the night. This is a charming room in a good location and I would stay here again.
Nothing.

Attended the Country Campfire Festival at Cutteslowe and Sunnymead park, Oxford - which was approximately 5-miles from it.
The accommodation I stayed in was the Single room, which was adequate with TV, refreshments. and a comfy Single bed.
The location is off Iffley road so it was ideal for the City of Beautiful Oxford..
En-suite; however, had the bathroom next door to room

It was perfect! Vicky was very kind and friendly - would have loved to stay longer. The room is very cute with thoughtful additions to it. I felt very comfortable being there and would definitely stay again next time I come down for work.
Nothing to complain about

What do you really expect for £50 a night in Oxford? Parking was a bonus (£5) but not without issues. Snack bars were a nice extra. Well served by the local buses. Nice to have a bath rather than only a shower.
Facilities weren't as advertised. No fridge so therefore only powdered milk for the teas and coffee. 'Air conditioning' was a small fan. Street parking meant I was completely boxed in by the 'considerate' neighbours. Bathroom (next door) only had a small rickety latch. I would not recommend this property for a single female.

Very nice place owned by a very nice kind lady.

You can catch the number 3 bus from Oxford High Street, and it will drop you at the end of the road.
This place is just manageable for a one night stay. Despite the landlady being very pleasant; she has dogs that barked a lot during early evening hours. You share the bathroom/toilet ,breakfast is a collection of sweet snacks left in your room, and it is in need of a makeover. I didn't use the fan because it looked like it had been burnt in the past, which left me worrying about how fire safe the place is.

Comfortable bed and kind host. Breakfast in the room is excellent. The location isn't far from downtown; you can reach it by bus or enjoy a nice walk. I had a great stay!
The room met my expectations, it was great for the value.

Got a couple of flea bites.

Nice friendly welcome and helpful advice about local pubs etc. Great location for my gig on the Cowley Road and also lots of nice eateries around. Even space at the front to park my bike
Spacious room (for just me) and surprisingly quiet so slept well. Comfy bed.
It's not really a B&B, it's the spare room in owner's house - so you're sharing the bathroom (though she does limit the number of guests, so not much of a problem). Breakfast is a kettle and some dried food in the cupboard.
Yes, it's a double bed but it's pushed up against the wall - okay for just me but one of you would have to climb over if a couple.

Loved the pretty blue room with all the knick-knacks in it. Good to have a kettle to use and the shared facilities were fine. Great location for me, and the fact I could park my car on the street for £5 a day was fantastic. Easy to get the bus (from main roads on either side of the street the accommodation was located) into town. Host was very quick to reply to my queries.
Ideally I'd have preferred to have healthier choices for breakfast. Host provided kettle and various teas and coffees plus packaged croissants, cakes and biscuits in a cupboard in the room. Too sugary for me, so I just bought some rolls, cheese and butter from the supermarket instead.

Friendly owner
It is a shared (!) bathroom, which wasn’t indicated on the website, it was not clean ( hair and debris in he bathtub), dusty room, old bed with uncomfortable mattress). Whole house smells of dogs pee, breakfast is very poor, consists of porridge (no milk, only old milkpowder in a marmalade jar).

There was a distinct smell of dog inside the property largely due to the fact the smell of dog urine in the entrance hallway
The shared bathroom lock is not working
You have to rely on the sign on the door
Which you have to turn to occupied or vacant 🤔

The location was great. The host was friendly when she finally arrived. Parking cost £5 and was arranged in advance. The room looked pretty and was stocked with some noodles and a pain au chocolat
I wasn’t able to get into my room until 7pm, despite an advertised 3pm check in. I’d been informed in good time it would be available at 6, then told at 6pm the host was running late.
I’d been told I could check in , so let myself into the house, but didn’t know which room was mine. Everywhere was locked and dark inside, with lots of dogs barking from the downstairs room. The house smelt bad, not at all welcoming. I chose not to stay in the end. I drove 3 hours and missed the second day of my course so I didn’t have to stay.

We were not expecting the extra goodies that were left each day for us. They were very welcome. It was very handy having a Co-Op Store and Fish and Chip shop at the end of the road. Also a bus stop with frequent buses into Oxford. A very comfortable bed. Shared bathroom facilities were not inconvenient and toiletries were provided. Very friendly and knowledgeable hostess.

The location is excellent. The place is near bus stops, shops, a coop market, cafes, and restaurants. You could walk to the university or take a 10-minute ride on the bus. The landlady and her dogs are very nice. The building is old but the rooms, particularly the bathroom, are kept clean.
It was really cold in Oxford but the radiator was not always working. There were, however, electric heaters ready for use in the room.
