Good location, with good bus access both to/from the city centre/train station and the Oxford Science park.
Very clean room.
Desk and multiple sockets available for working.
Friendly staff.
Could do with better coverage of the window by the curtain (visited when the sun rises very early!).
A handle or something to help stability in and out the bath tub would be good.
A curtain or screen in the bathroom would help to avoid spray on the floor when taking a shower.
Note: all these are really minors things!

Excellent budget accommodations, about a ten-minute bus ride from the center of town. The building was clean and quiet, my room was cozy and pretty. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a very convenient supermarket just up the block and open from 7 AM to 11 PM.

Room was basic but looked like it had been recently refurbished and had all mod cons and enough hanging space.
There was no breakfast despite the description at booking.com I didn't mind going without it but I didn't like being misled by the description. When I pointed it out to the receptionist, I got the following responses: "What's booking.com?" "We haven't done breakfast for two years." "If you checked your confirmation e-mail you would have known."
