Petra the host was lovely and helpful… The location easy for buses right outside the door which took you straight into Oxford.. Free parking….
Because we were on the ground floor right next to the front door we found it noisy late at night and early morning with the front door slamming every time someone went out…

The location was excellent. The host was really helpful and kind
The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed backboard pillow decoration made it difficult to sit up in bed.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel and will recommend to friends. Defiantly will visit again. Bed was a bit hard for comfort but an extra pillow and blanket was provided in wardrobe Apart from that. The en-suit room was lovely with a tv and free wifi No breakfast or dinners at the hotel and I did say to the proprietor that it was advertised on website
A more softer bed but that's my own preference

location was good, staff were helpful. in general it was very clean. Bed was comfy.
tiny bathroom, other peoples hair on my towels. carpet was very old and stained.
