Good location
Breakfast was disappointing

Great location. Friendly welcome.
Access a bit awkward with multiple steps and keys.

Happy as Larry with this one. Location was simply on point, only a few twerks away from the places I had to be. Quiet hood just off the battle of Jericho, where some lovely cafes and restaurants are. Room was great, priddy basic, but that's what I expect of a uni accommodation. Straightforward check in and out.
Breakfast could do with a bit more variety (every day exactly the same menu) and maybe slightly later than 9.30? I had to miss two because it ended too early. Normal hotels would still allow you to come and eat until at least 10.30.

Perfect location if you are doing summer school at Oxford University!
Room and building look a bit tired but works ok.

Location was central and close to where needed to be. Clean comfortable and a great breakfast!
Parking was very expensive, but we knew this from the start and couldn’t be helped on this visit

Great staff and location. We were lucky enough to stay in an apartment once lived in by my partner's great great grandad's family in the 19th century, and there should really be a plaque to French teacher Jules Bue on the outside of the buildings which used to be nos. 1 and 2 Wellington Square in the 19th century (;
The wifi set up seemed very odd. Could have had extra blankets. TV in bedroom did not work. Quite a bit of noise from other parts of the building at times during the day.

Location is great.
We have rented here before. This time it was like a good friend turned bad.
The room still had hair products from previous tenants in drawers complete with hairs;
The chair was stained on the seat with some unknown liquid (picture attached);
The shower was so weak that it was inadequate for use (video attached);
The Internet was an attempt to influence renters to provide personal information to a commercial company (Sky) - the internal Internet required daily log-in, the service that would cut out; no notification on check in on the need for separate passwords for each device. We rent 20-25 places each year. This was far away the worst Internet service provided.
A box covering pipes
is located so close to the toilet that it cuts into one's hip when sitting.

Quiet, Private, Centrally located.
Rooms were in the attic so the sloping ceiling was a bit of a bother

Location was excellent and the facilities were good
Only a few little things in room 465 curtain in the bedroom some of it had come off the rail, shower curtain the same, and there was a tissue under the bed but otherwise it was excellent

Authentic "student accommodation" experience for my son who was visiting the University. Great location, right in the centre of the city.
Fairly basic room and bathroom and single bed. No free Wifi, Limited options for a morning coffee etc. Check out time was early. I was hoping to find a desk to work at with my laptop, but options were surprisingly limited.

It was all fine. Shower easy to use, with rubber mat and hand rail to avoid falling over. No problems with cleanliness or comfort of bed.
An armchair would have been nice.

Amazingly good central location, very kind staff, perfectly clean
Nothing not till like, but it is a university accommodation rather than a luxury hotel but was a quiet comfortable place to be

Very central. Very near to the bus station and eateries. Convenient location to get around. Bed was very comfy and towel was really huge and fluffy. Good basic room for a good sleep and short trip.
The only issue I had was the running water in the shower. The hot water pressure was not that good on the last morning. I didn’t have time to make a formal complaint, sadly.

Great location, comfy bed, reasonable price.
Very thin walls, lots of noise from adjacent rooms. Expensive breakfast was self service and basic.

Comfortable room and bed. It was very quiet in the property and is situated centrally, in a very quiet square. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. All staff were lovely.
The only thing that possibly could be improved is the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink.

The location was ideal, accommodation was clean, comfortable and suitable for a quick stay.
Breakfast not included, and expensive to pay for on the day. This was very unclear in the booking process - I thought breakfast was included, the option to book it in advance was not given.

No lift. Fortunately, we were assigned a room on first floor. We were in B Block. When we stayed again the following week, we stayed in Number 37 which was a nicer and bigger room (and there is a lift). Walking distance to bus station and city centre. Good breakfast.
Seemed expensive for the room but it was graduation the first week we stayed there and matriculation the second, so that may explain the rate.

The room was clean and the location was the best
When I have move the curtain a green cloud of dry mould fell on me from the top. The smell became overwhelming and I was sneezing the rest of my stay. Scary stuff.
Heater in the bathroom was scorching hot and I couldn’t find a way to regulate it.

Beds were comfortable. They had a lot of options for breakfast.
The bins were full of the previous guests's rubbish. The bedsheets seemed cleaned but after seeing rubbish in the bathroom bin and the ice bucket I was a bit put off. I'm allergic to dust and I spent both nights with a blocked nose, so no doubt if the bins were full of rubbish then housekeeping didn't bother dusting or hoovering the floors. No in house wifi, needed to connect to the cloud which wasn't great.
