Location and nice friendly welcome. Rooms had everything we needed And nice restaurants around us. Short walk up to the High! Nice outside area for drinks in the sunshine

Very comfortable room, on site parking and short walk to the centre of Oxford. Although breakfast is not provided, there is a café almost next door and others nearby

Location was very good. Ok bed and nice towels.
It’s an old property with wonky quirky stairs and rooms. windows in our room were not double glazed making every noise out side quite disturbing. No food is available a lack of choices behind the bar, big TV’s
