Location was great and easy to walk to Summertown or bus to Oxford centre. Room was a good size.
There was no housecleaning service, we stayed for 2 weeks and had to ask for more toilet paper and to get the bins cleared.

Location was great. Right on bus route. Room clean. Tea / coffee facilities available. Fridge and small ensuite bathroom. Easy check in. The WiFi was good
The room was very noisy due to insufficient glazing as right on road. 2 tea bags and others herbal. Coffee ok but 4 tiny milks. Towels very small. If u had long hair the hand towel would b useless. The bath towel was also on the small side. TV didn't work properly. The bedroom carpet from the bathroom was coming away and could be a trip hazard.
