Perfect location for a hospital appointment at The John Radcliffe, I felt safe and secure whilst I was there.

Perfect location. So neat and tidy. Smelt lovely as soon as you walk through the door. Spacious. Private. Honestly exceptional. Also want to mention the host went above and beyond. Thank you!
Honestly so trivial. The whole house is esthetically pleasing so to carry the theme on I would change the hangers in the room to all be the same 5 wooden hangers. Everything was perfect.

Literally 4 mins walk from John Radcliffe hospital. Immaculate, comfy bed and pillows, highly recommended and my family are already booking returns to this property.
On the doorstep of the hospital

Clean
No curtains, so room too light, close to road so noisy, no towels.

The bed and the linens exceeded my expectations. I slept so well in the ground floor room. The bathroom door was just next to my room in the entry hall.
There are several rooms in the home. I could hear people talking and walking around above me. You can hear street noise from your room. This would be important for people who need a quieter location.

The room itself was quite small, but the common areas were very spacious and comfortable.
The biggest downside was the bed. The blanket and sheets felt very damp, almost as if they had just been washed but not properly dried. The lower left corner of the blanket was even completely wet, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.

the room I booked on ground floor kingsize bed is superb. really large space, also, no ensuite, but the toilet room is next to bedroom and is only used by us.
kitchen and garden is extremely brilliant with full beautiful cooking facility, very convientien, easy to use.
radiator need to adjust and is not always on if do not adjust.

This was our second stay at the property. It is a beautiful comfortable house with every amenity and more. It is very close to the Jonn Radcliffe and many bus services into Oxford if required. The owner has been very helpful.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

All the property was very nice and clean .

I can’t say nothing, everything was on place

Very neat, quiet and peaceful environment.
Just what I needed.

No breakfast on offer. Location was near to hospital, which was our requirement, but access to and from the property on a busy main road was dreadful.
Room was very basic, though bed was comfortable. Second bedside lamp was needed. We had assumed there would be a TV. We felt there could at least have been some disposable cups to have a drink of water. Because of the difficult access we did not even want to go out for a meal.

The Bed was really comfortable, it was a softer mattress than expected but it was still firm. I didn't end up with bruised shoulders. The room we stayed in was on the top floor. 2 flights of evenly treaded stairs that went around a bend but not a spiral staircase. The view over towards the John Radcliffe Hospital is breathtaking. Food eateries surround this place, about 50 meters up the road and you have your first Indian cuisine takeaway. All different cultures food on your doorstep and a Hungry horse about a mile away in a pub. Good prices for food and drink there. The house is quite small from the outside, there are enough for 2 cars to be parked at the front, there are more rooms than there are parking spaces. Keys are picked up from a key holder on the side of the house, make sure you get the key number before you leave for the place. My mistake and luckily there was one guy in the downstairs flat who could help us with a phone number to the Landlord to get us in.
The room itself is very large and has a very modern shower with a bidet hose near the Toilet. Everyday toiletries available, full-size bottles.
Very clean. Plenty of space to hang your clothes, and put your luggage.
Wooden floor, no rug. Was cold to the feet.
No shoes were allowed in the house, there were house shoes provided but you had to take your own off to walk up the stairs and throughout the premises. (very much like your own home)
Facilities downstairs are fantastic, Amazing, beautifully fitted kitchen, massive TV and a large 10 seater dining table.
Very tastefully decorated and modern throughout. Barbecue and large external doors open to a very large patio. What this place loses on the front in size, makes up for with the back garden. In the summer months, this garden must be a hive of activity with a seating area and garden sun umbrella provided.
There are two big armchairs in the top room and the ceiling is high throughout, not just through the middle.
Towels are provided but they are tiny, so if you like big fluffy ones? They are not that.
The Bathroom towel rail didn't work, unfortunately couldn't dry the towels from a night shower to use in the morning again. They were still wet.
It lacks low lighting, my partner found it was too bright in the room.
The bedside table lamp - only one in the room, wasn't adequate to brighten the room, it was to low lit to enjoy, so a standard lamp in a corner may have been adequate to provide low lighting that doesn't flicker.
Nowhere was a table/desk to put a laptop on
NO coffee table to put a drink on
No upstairs fridge for your convenience as it is a top-floor room, I expected to have had more.
No Balcony as advised by the owner, to sit out on to view the city. Didn't matter it rained that night anyway.

It was in a nice area. The house was clean. The bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like lock on the front door as it took time to solve how to open it. As a lone traveller I was wary of the other guests.

The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The room 3 and toilet are clean and modern. Fans are also good. Everything is great.
It is a little far from the center of Oxford, and you need to take a bus or take a taxi.

The surrounding were great and in good order.
There were a couple of guests who were not very considerate regards noise and door slamming but we survived.

The room and communal were first class. Comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. The host answered messages almost immediately. The kitchen had every possible facility one would wish for.

Very clean with some basic items in the kitchen for tea and coffee.
The bathroom had various shampoo and conditioner and bodywash.
I really appreciated the washing machine,
dryer, and drying rack. It was so food to catch up on laundry whilst travelling!
We were not clear on the code for the key locker. But once our land lord arrived and cleared up the confusion, we found the accommodation really comfortable.

This is a very clean, welcoming bed for the night. There is no breakfast included nor tv/coffee making facilities in room but there is a fully functioning kitchen/lounge if needed.
Kettle and cups for that first morning cuppa in bed

The bnb is clean and clinical and well appointed for John Radcliffe Hospital.
Our only complaint was noise from the traffic maybe double glazing or triple glazing could help.

Everything was clean and new.
The home is indeed beautiful.
We could park our car just in front of the property which was very convenient.
READ WHAT I DID NOT LIKED AS WELL.
Extremely disappointing. Almost false advertisement as the facilities were not as listed.
The title suggests you will rent a "Beautiful home in Oxford" but No, you will have only the rooms you pay for.
Rooms were advertised with soundproofing, private kitchen...
NOT TRUE : You will have no private kitchen. You will share the kitchen with all the other guests. There are only 4 mugs for all the guests. Evidently not equipped with enough dishes or cutlery.
Beware you may also think you will have private bathroom. We booked 2 rooms. Only one room had a private bathroom. The other rooms are shared bathroom.
Rooms are very minimalistic : bed (comfortable and clean though), bedsides, hanger rack. Nothing else. No kettle as advertised.
Advertised soundproofing is false. Our young neighbors were so noisy. We could hear almost every word through the walls. Shared bathrooms are always dreadful as we had to queue.
WE WILL NOT RENT AGAIN.
