The location was good! You can walk to different supermarkets and stores nearby. It’s close to bus stops so you can drive to the city center. May be a little bit far for walking to the center for some people, but honestly we did it all the time. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had everything we needed.

A lovely quaint guest house. Dining area and garden are lovely and relaxing. Everything is efficiently run and extremely clean. Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. A great place to stop off at in Oxford.
Room was quite small although had everything you needed. Location on a busy road.

The location was good and there was ample parking space at no extra charge. The staff were very pleasant. Everything was clean. There is a very pleasant lounge area downstairs.
The property is old and the rooms and facilities tired. There was a tray in my room with a cup, tea and coffee but no kettle. The shower in the shared bathroom was old and not very powerful. There was only one towelling bath mat that had already been used and the drain was full of hair.
The full English breakfast was not very good value.

Excellent location to catch a bus to city center
First room my wife had an asthma attack, room smelled mouldy , bathroom grout in tiles were black with mold . Had to request another room which was better but mattress was terrible, felt all the springs, definitely not a comfortable sleep
