Comfortable accommodation

The accommodation is very comfortable with everything you need for a longer stay (fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker). A great location for working in Cowley and, on this visit, I discovered that buses 5 and 1 run into the city centre from a stop a few steps from the accommodation.

This is a great place to stay near Oxford! It is comfortable and nearby to the bus stop.

We enjoyed the space the flat provided. We were able to cook and to refrigerate our food. The hostess was responsive and readily available for questions. The bus stop was very near and easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet.

Nice to have a while apartment, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves. Spotlessly clean and facilities to cook a meal if needed. Parking right outside too

Very clean and lovely little annex, 10 minute walk from Sandy Lane

This was our second time staying in this guest house. Excellent position for Sandy Lane and only a short drive away to Oxford centre. The place is immaculate, soooo clean! Microwave, cooker and toaster in kitchen. Nice shower, comfortable bed, lovely little dining room/lounge central area. Could not get the TV to work other than Netflix but we could have asked and I am sure it would have been sorted. It was not an issue. Carpark in front of garage (off road) just outside the bedroom window. Would come back.

The property was nice on the inside. It was on a quiet street. It was clean and had everything I would expect.

The communication on the parking was frustrating as I asked a couple time where to park since the add said “private parking onsite” I ended up waiting in the road and moving multiple times as other cars came and went, until the landlord came out to tell me where to park. A simple picture and directions would have helped. I also had a hard time seeing the number on the house to make sure I was in the correct location, I ended up using the numbers on the neighboring houses to make sure I was in the location. Final recommendation, it was warm in the apartment (summer) and a fan in the apartment would have been nice.

Amazing place to stay in Oxford.

Erlinda was very kind and nice. Both my wife and I had really enjoyed staying her place. The place was clean, tidy and free tea coffee had also offered. The location wasn't far from the City centre. I hope to stay there on our next visit to Oxford. Kind Regards, Ziaul

There was no sofa bed which was on the list of facilities. Also no full-length mirror but that's just me being picky.

Very comfortable flat, well supplied, and conveniently located right next to a bus stop that takes you straight into Oxford. The hostess greeted us very warmly upon our arrival. Great stay at an affordable price in Oxford.

Compact but well equipped and comfortable.

We were attending a wedding at the nearby Voco Hotel so the location (less than 10mins by taxi) was perfect. Everything was clean, tidy and ultimately really homely. The host was also delightful - really friendly and accommodating!

Hard to pick holes in - it’s connected to a private home so doesn’t have some of the perks of a hotel or traditional B&B but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Very frequent buses into Oxford nearby

Erlinda was very welcoming and friendly. The shower was very good It was extremely convenient for buses into Oxford It was clean

Despite asking for a blanket in advance instead of a duvet, there wasn't one. There was very little appropriate kitchen equipment - it was near impossible to cook a meal, although I'm sure Erlinda would have lent us things. There would have been so many things to ask for that I felt embarrassed to ask.( I guess it is assumed that guests will eat out in the Cowley Road's great variety of ethnic restaurants or otherwise heat up ready meals)

A lovely stay, would use again.

It was a wonderful space with 4 different rooms/zones. The photos don’t really do it justice. A nicely appointed kitchen with tea, coffee and milk provided was just what we needed. A lounge dine where we could relax as well as a seperate bedroom and separate bathroom was really nice after staying in hotels. Host was lovely, rooms were very quiet, and very clean. Bed and linens were great. And a bus stop into town only 50 metres away. And parking as well was a bonus.

The host was great craic even after I managed to reverse into her garden fence while I was trying to park! Breakfast was great in the morning and she even provided me with extra coffee on request to fill my flask for my day out. Location was great too, only a 10 minute walk from the seafront and decent restaurants
