Location. Cosy. Day Spa Excellent masssge therapist treatment. Felt relaxed and rejuvenated

Day Spa pool was used for baby group swimming lessons. Not peaceful. Changing room had dangerously slippery floor. Falls risk. Lockers in day spa did not lock

Great stay at a very comfortable hotel in a lovely setting.

Fabulous two night stay with bed, breakfast and dinner. Staff were lovely and helpful, the facilities were excellent and really enjoyed the food. We made good use of the spa. Nice walks nearby as well.

Very nice stay but be aware of the extra charge for parking

The property looks like a well preserved Cotswold stone manor but with all the benefits of a modern construction building. The Staff are all very freindly and helpful and the meals were of very good quality. The hotel appears to have extensive grounds for those who like a stroll before or after breakfast.

Having to pay an additional £10.00 to park at the hotel. Inadequate heating within the communal areas for a post Christmas stay. Failure to reserve us a table for dinner despite twice having phoned to book.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The presentation of the breakfast bar was good too plus lots of healthy options. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The views from the breakfast room was very relaxing and welcoming. The grounds was a delight to take a walk in.

I found hairs on my pillow and in the bathroom room which makes me query the effectiveness of the cleaners. It was cringing to find someone else's hairs on your pillow.

Inaccessible bed in accessible room

Great food, Daniela the manager was amazing and very helpful

We booked an accessible room but due to the height of the bed my wife was unable to transfer from the wheelchair so had to sleep in her chair. Also. waitress was very confused re orders during dinner.

Great beds , good bathrooms, friendly staff

Staff v friendly but a bit useless 1. Daughter given room key when checking in and found man in her bed 2 I really stressed importance of an o time taxi for 95 yr old mother , was assured it was fine and then told it was outside , in pouring rain , so took mother outside 75 yards and no taxi Went back and they said they had got it wrapped and going to be 15 mins late , so brought tired soaking mother back in

Excellent location, great for walking on the Thames toe path into the city. Rooms nice & clean with nice views of the gardens. Pool & spa good & worthwhile using. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

Restful and calming

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. Place was immaculate. We had noisy guests in the room above us in our original room and were promptly moved to another room by the very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with a bountiful array of options.

Extra for paid parking when there was ample available, and no notice of the added cost was frustrating.

Lovely nice stay just a couple of let downs

Lovely stay, clean and rooms were modernised with a balcony.

Only downside is you have to pay for parking & the jacuzzi which is advertised in the photos is no longer available and has been blocked up which was partly why we decided to book this hotel. This was a let down for us :(

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at voco Oxford Thames! The room was lovely, with a beautiful view and a spotless bathroom. The swimming pool was very clean, and the staff member on duty on Saturday night was extremely kind and polite. Special thanks to Daniela and Heet, who were friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the first night until our last day. Breakfast was another highlight — the delicious food and the stunning view made our mornings so relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, our experience was amazing! This hotel is truly fantastic and made our holiday very special. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Good location but staff not accommodating

Booked with garden view but looked onto car park. Staff wouldn’t move us as was advised they changed our room to accommodate somebody else due to wedding booking. Just make sure what room you book. They wouldn’t offer any partial refund as we booked in booking.com they said?

A luxury relaxing break 😌

Beautiful surroundings, warm and welcoming greetings from all staff. Bella on reception was fantastic explaing everything and answering questions. Chris at the pool again lovely, relaxed and happy to chat whilst I waited for my friend. The matradee in Napier wonderful and offered great wine suggestions. Fabulous food choices both for the evening meal and breakfast. The hotel it beautiful set in stunning grounds.

There is no longer a jacuzzi so the booking.com information requires updating. Carparking payment was a little confusing 😕
