Extremely convenient for the visit we made before the May BH w/e to watch Varsity Athletics & see a friend near Bicester. Room comfortable despite intense heat & staff helpful when the parking machine malfunctioned. Early arrival of binmen not a pleasant surprise on a BH; lucky we hadn't planned a lie-in!

Room was on the 3rd floor, it was very hot, no air con. I small fan that you couldn't plug in by the bed as there were no plug sockets. The USB by the bed were broken both sides. Toilet flush was broken and there was mould on the body wash dispenser. Had to open the window due to the heat but was kept awake by noise. The hotel needs a refurb.

Nice location next to the park and drive bus going to oxford. It is also in the services which is nice. The first day, we put our cleaning signs by 9:30am and they never did clean up. we complained to the assistant manager and she said she would put a note for clean up. the following day. However, the next day, we dropped off some bags at our room at 3pm and the cleaning signs were still there. no one had come by to clean again. We passed by the cleaner and she said there had been no note and that we needed to put our cleaning sign before 11am. We told her the sign had been there since yesterday 9:30am. she said she would stop by. But she only took the trash out and gave new towels. Old towels were not taken out, the cups were not replaced. the bed was never made. Poor service
